After having her second child everyone asked Tania how she got back into thsape so fast. "If I regret anything about my first pregnancy, it is not having exercised, because that has made all the difference, after two weeks I was getting back into my clothes, much faster than when I had Patricio," she told Quien. "I never stopped exercising, obviously I modified it and advised myself so as not to hurt myself, but it is super healthy, I had less discomfort before and during childbirth and I feel that it is a large part thanks to the conditioning that I gave to my body," she added. Tanya."I would do some pelvic lifts, low-impact stuff so that both Amelia and I would be hunky-dory and ready to meet," she said.
