LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Meghan Trainor has canceled the remaining dates on her current U.S. tour, citing doctor's orders.
“I posted last week that I wasn’t feeling great, but was powering through the best that I could,” she wrote in a post on her social media. “Unfortunately, I am not feeling any better and after leaving the doctor today, I have been put on a strict vocal rest for the next two weeks.”
"This absolutely kills me because I was so excited to see all of you on the road. I’m going to go home as soon as I can. I love you so much and am so appreciative of your love and support that you constantly show me," she added. "You mean everything to me. Can’t wait to see you in 2017!"
Canceled shows include several East Coast apperances, in Connecticut, New York City, Florida, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta, as well as some Jingle Ball Jam dates.
This is the second time Trainor has pulled out of a tour behind health issues. In 2015, she canceled the remainder of her MTrain while undergoing treatment for a vocal cord hemorrhage. – Staff Writers
