Charli XCX is red hot in Europe – in her swimsuit. The singer shows off her amazing body in a red bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, a mirror selfie taken from her recent vacation. "I'm sorry but europe is better than america – i might move back. Damn," she captioned the Instagram post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Charli XCX stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

Charli explained to Forbes that exercise is basically her job. "I perform in a really high octane and energetic type of way. So, for me, it's important to keep fit," she said "Also, I find that if I don't exercise, I feel less awake. I try to work out five times a week because it really lifts my mood and makes me feel more positive. It's important for me to stay balanced."

Charli also loves doing yoga. "I always take a yoga mat everywhere," she told Forbes. "I try to do that before each show. It really works for me." There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Charli explained to DailyMail that she has a relaxed approach to diet. "I think you've just got to do your thing. I mean I love pizza, and I think everyone is human and they go for that stuff," she said. "You shouldn't stress about that stuff."

Charli added to Forbes that "drinking lots of water," is also a priority. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Charli stresses the importance of self-care. "It's just a balance in life. Just making sure you take care of yourself. It often like starts really well and then as the tour progresses it gets a little bit harder. I try my best to kind of sustain throughout," she told Forbes.
